“From very early on I was exposed to so many fantastic opportunities. I began as a Co-Op student, was offered part-time work whilst I finished my degree, and then I was accepted into the HR Graduate Program. I was definitely given the perfect start to my career! As a graduate, my managers recognise what I need to develop into a HR professional and they are giving me every chance to become exactly that. In my current rotation, I am working in a manufacturing environment as part of our Holden Engine Operations. I am working mainly with Employee Development to gain exposure to a centre of expertise as well as doing some generalist HR work. All I wanted to do straight out of University was work for a brand I loved and a company that was well known. And that’s exactly what I am doing.”
