At Tomago Aluminium we recognise the value a graduate can bring to our organisation and vice-versa. That’s why we have developed a Graduate Program which provides you with the learning & development, diversity and experience you would expect from a global leader in the Aluminium industry.

Our Graduate Development Program for Engineering graduates consists of a two-year structured program in which you will experience all facets of the aluminium process and be supported through mentoring and coaching by Tomago Aluminium’s senior engineers.
