At SA Water we view our graduates as potential future leaders of our organisation. We are an internationally recognised water utility wholly owned by the Government of South Australia for the people of South Australia. We deliver water and wastewater services to almost 1.4 million people across the State.
Our graduate program provides a structured yet flexible two-year project rotation program. It is designed to fast track graduates’ knowledge and skills in order to prepare them for an ongoing role in the business. Graduates have the opportunity to undertake diverse project assignments which can range from 6 to 12 months each.
Our program provides graduates with the opportunity to not only work in their disciplinary background but to also work in different business units across SA Water to gain a wider experience and develop a broad range of skills and knowledge.
