Testimonial

“The Commonwealth Bank Summer Program was an excellent opportunity to kick start my career in finance and banking. Within ten weeks I had a broad understanding of the various functions within Financial Services and gained experience through working on meaningful tasks. I had the opportunity to work closely with management while learning to drive results and be accountable.

I experienced a smooth transition from study to working in a full time corporate environment as my team was supportive and genuinely interested in my development. The program gave me ample opportunities to network and, as a result, I gained insight from other interns’ experiences which assisted me when deciding on which graduate stream to apply for.

As an intern I had the opportunity to apply for the Graduate Program before everyone else, with the advantage of securing a graduate position before the university semester resumed.”

Natasha, 2010 Graduate
