Our Ascenders Program is a two-year development program designed for graduates who’ve specialised in:

  • Construction Management
  • Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • Quantity Surveying,
  • Finance, or
  • A related discipline.

Our Program offers you:

  • On-site and office rotations to ensure you get a complete overview of the Laing O’Rourke business
  • An assigned mentor to support and assist with your career planning and progression
  • A structured Learning and Development program to further your personal and professional development, and
  • Regular performance-based reviews.

When you’ve completed the Program, you’ll even have the opportunity to work on some of our world-leading projects.

How to Apply

Ascenders applications are lodged on-line at www.laingorourke.com.au, and are open from early March through to the end of April each year. Interviews are scheduled to accommodate examination schedules. Ascenders typically commence work at the beginning of each calendar year.
