Our Graduate Program
We offer challenging and flexible work designed to develop balanced, creative individuals. Our two-year graduate program provides a collaborative environment and a constant learning curve. Your program will be based on the real job requirements of the sites, as well as your individual development needs. You can expect to undertake two placements, either at an open cut site, underground site or head office.
