Lauren O Reilly, a graduate who joined the SA Water Graduate Program in 2009, tells of her most recent experience on rotation at our Crystal Brook depot:

“I had the opportunity to spend 6 months doing a regional placement at Crystal Brook. This involved spending time out in the field visiting SA Water assets at Morgan, Hawker, Whyalla, Port Augusta and Port Pirie. The highlight of my time was conducting a filter assessment at the Morgan water treatment plant, where I got to see my project from the planning stage through to implementation. I formulated a procedure for the filter inspection and after this was finalised I ‘suited up’ and entered the filter! It was an exciting and satisfying experience to be involved in a pivotal process for the organisation and to see it put into action.”
