Would you like to create new products, packing or technology and see your hard work come to life on supermarket shelves?

Our Research & Development (R&D) team use the combined know-how of science and technology with consumer insight to make great products.

Functional areas within R&D include new product development, quality and food safety, process, packaging development and design and new technology.

We look for students who have studied any applied Science field, Engineering and Environmental students.

Wouldn’t it be great to work directly with clients, influencing a shopper’s decision and driving profitable growth?

Our Sales & Marketing teams develop strategies to influence the shopper’s decision at the point of purchase and drive profitable growth through excellence in availability.

We look for students who have studied Business or Commerce coupled with other subjects such as Marketing, Communication and many other related studies.

Have you ever thought about where all of the ingredients come from that go into our products?

Our Commercial & Purchasing team manages the global network of suppliers who provide our goods and services.
The Commercial function at Mars attracts applicants from a wide and diverse range of studies. There is no right or wrong formula when placing a graduate into a Commercial role. What is important however, is that you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Applications for Commercial & Purchasing roles are welcome from all disciplines and current Associates have qualifications in Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Business or Commerce, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Procurement and Purchasing and Environmental Studies.

Do you like the idea of building a competitive edge through creating solutions that are more efficient and effective?

Our Engineering team does not simply take ready-made, off-the-shelf solutions from third parties and install them. Our engineering teams design Mars-specific solutions and make them work in the most efficient and effective way possible.

We welcome applications from all Engineering disciplines along with Supply Chain and Logistics graduates.

Ever wonder what type of job it takes to be responsible for sending all our product out on the roads and onto the supermarket shelf?

Our Logistics & Supply team consistently produces and reliably delivers the products that meet our customers' needs and our consumers' expectations. Logistics and Supply Chain is the mechanism that pulls everything together, helping us bring raw materials in and send our finished products out.

We look for graduates who have studied Business or Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Accounting, Agriculture, Economics along with other related areas.

Do you love number crunching but hate the stereotype that goes with it?

Our Accounting & Finance team plays a proactive role in helping to guide the strategic development of the business. We like our grads to act with honour and character, have sound judgement, the courage to act on their beliefs, and inspire others to act with them.

We look for Accounting and Finance graduates who have the ability to communicate with people at all levels of our Business.

Our Human Resources team creates the conditions where each Associate can do their best in line with The Five Principals to ensure that our business grows and develops. Human Resources at Mars provide the standards, processes, training and systems that allow this to happen.
