Challenges and Rewards in Equal Measure
The demands are high, so too are the rewards, we offer $85,900 - $130,850 (incl. super) over 4 years plus car and 5 weeks annual leave. Our initial commitment to our new Area Managers is that we provide a one year Management Training Program which is intensive, pragmatic and very hands on. Once fully trained you will take on responsibility for a group of stores and all of their operational needs.
The Future
Where possible, Senior Management appointments are made from within the business. A combination of performance and skills will see you on the fast track, with promotion opportunities in Administration/Finance, IT, Corporate Buying, Store Operations, Property, Purchasing and Logistics. Each position carries significant challenges, responsibility and reward.
