So you’ve finished Uni? You’ve got your degree and you’re ready to take on the world. You’ve probably got a career in management or finance all mapped out right? Starting at the bottom of a ladder that will take you twenty years to climb. Being a professional tea and coffee maker for half that time. You must be soooooooo excited.
You wouldn’t be interested in something that’s faster and smarter than that. What you’ll do
Our graduate program is your gateway to a management career with ALDI. You will learn about store operations, logistics, buying, property management, financial administration, I.T. and purchasing and be assigned your own portfolio of stores to manage. At the end of the program you’ll progress to a salary of over $128,000 p.a. How far you go up the food chain after that is totally up to you.

Who we’re looking for
You’re talented, you’re straight out of Uni and you have a strong academic record in your chosen field. You’re a leader and a team player. You are proactive, hardworking and disciplined. You’re not afraid to put in the hard yards, even outside of normal work hours. You’re University degree qualified (any discipline) and you are an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident.
Where we’ll be
Throughout the year, we will be hitting 22 university fairs and national careers and employment expos all up and down the Eastern Seaboard looking for the future of ALDI.
