IMC’s 2016 Graduate Program is your entry to the exciting world of trading.

Graduates are treated a little differently at IMC, because they are different. They’re restless perfectionists – bright minds who have topped their universities due not only to sharp intelligence, but also an innate hunger and tenacity that means they never give up until a problem is solved.

Sound familiar? If you’re one of our kind and you like the idea of working in a place where there are no fancy job titles and inflated egos, and where people of all experience levels are rewarded equally for their contributions, you belong with us.

We provide our graduates with an open and collaborative environment where everyone works together to tackle challenges and succeed. It’s a place where people take the time to share their expertise and mentor each other to become the best traders and developers that they can be.

The Graduate Program begins with training in our office in Amsterdam, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of our business and have time to explore the city alongside fellow grads from across the globe. As soon as you’re up to speed on market-making concepts, you’ll learn all about options theory, our in-house technology systems and our trading products.

Once back in Sydney, you’ll hit the ground running. You’ll earn a competitive salary package straight off the mark and have all the training and support you need to start trading or developing from your very first day.

If you’ve graduated with a mathematics, engineering, computer science, sciences or technology-based degree and have what it takes to confidently work, learn and communicate as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
