What we offer graduates

KPMG offers graduate, vacation, cadetship and cooperative recruitment programs to students and university graduates. Nationally, KPMG recruits approximately 550 students annually across all programs and our 14 offices. KPMG offers the opportunity to build a career that suits you. We have structured career maps to assist you with your career development.

What we offer undergraduates
We offer opportunities in our vacation, cadetship and cooperative recruitment programs. Nationally, KPMG recruits approximately 400 vacationers, 60 cadets and 15 co-ops annually. These programs offer an excellent opportunity to join KPMG and gain exposure to our wide range of clients which includes some of Australia’s leading organisations. As a vacationer, cadet or co-op you will participate in learning and professional development to help you develop the skills and experience required to start your career in professional services.
