Coliban Water is one of the largest urban and rural water corporations in regional Victoria.

Our Graduate Program
Coliban Water offers a comprehensive and stimulating Graduate Engineer: Rotational Program. Our program aims to:
  • create a professional pathway for graduates into industry by developing their theory into practice;
  • develop the next generation of water industry professionals
Our program provides graduates with the opportunity for professional and personal development work through various operational work areas such as:
  • planning
  • raw water supply;
  • asset management;
  • routine renewals;
  • sewer and water systems.
Program duration is five years, with a 12 month rotation through each of the above operational work areas. In conjunction with undertaking our program graduates will be supported in completing the Graduate Program in Engineering conducted by Engineering Education Australia.

Not only will our program enhance your engineering skills, but will also provide a platform to develop technical, communication and project management competencies.
