Graduate Opportunities

Our program is based on the principles of experience, education and exposure. It’s about giving you genuine responsibilities and challenging assignments in the real commercial world, while offering practical development and learning opportunities. All this is done with the support of talented leaders and colleagues.

Program Elements
Induction - It all starts with a week-long induction program to learn more about Kraft’s culture and values plus processes and procedures. You'll also tour the sites and see how our products are made!

Rotations - The four role rotations will start with field-based merchandising where you’ll interact with our customers.

Learning Forums - You’ll have the opportunity to participate in regular learning forums covering career development, facilitation and presentation skills, leadership, influencing, negotiating, team development and more.

Graduates Connections - Connecting with other graduates is central to the program so we provide opportunities for graduates (past and present) to connect - whether through regular internal meetings or community activities.

Business Mentor – You’ll be paired with a senior business leader who will act as your mentor, providing advice and support. Their experience will help guide your career journey.

Buddy – You’ll also be appointed a buddy for all your day-to-day questions.

Ongoing Development - We will work with you to determine your future role beyond the program. Support will also be offered through learning and development, educational assistance (with approval), secondment opportunities and our graduate alumni network.
