- You will begin with a 7 week international graduate trading program in Chicago and Amsterdam that will equip you with the skills required to start trading
- Our comprehensive training consists of 1-on-1 technical coaching from experienced traders, trading simulations, theory corners, classroom learning and international rotations
- But it’s not all work! During the program there are social activities such as concerts, poker nights, surfing lessons, sporting events and active involvement in IMC’s charitable foundations
- After returning to your home office you will begin trading and receive 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring from senior traders
- You will be trading within 3 months of joining IMC
- You will work with smart and motivated people in a culture that encourages innovation and new ideas
- We have a flat hierarchy which means that everyone listens to you, regardless of your job title
- On-going learning and development is offered throughout your career including opportunities to work in one or more of our global offices
