What we offer graduates
All R&D for Integrated Research happens in Australia, with a vibrant and innovative team using team-based, Agile development methodologies. Our graduates and interns work in a structured and supported environment, and are involved in continuous process and product improvement.

The Graduate Program is a mentored, twelve month program designed to expose graduates to all facets of the product development life cycle, including product ideation and innovation, software engineering, testing, and support. The Intern Programs are similar three or sixth month allocations.

Graduates are thoroughly trained in our software’s architecture, and given an immediate opportunity to make a positive contribution and experience feedback from colleagues and customers.

The program offers career paths starting in software engineering in our Sydney office, with the potential to progress to any role within the Australian team and overseas.
