The primary objective of our Graduate Program is to develop future key players within Sedgman. In order to achieve this, the program is supported by a variety of learning activities and opportunities, as well as guidance via the Mentorship Program.

Through our Engineering, Coal Operations and HSE Graduate Programs, you will be exposed to the multi-faceted nature of Sedgman you will be rotated through a number of business units, departments and locations, which will include site-based work at one of our domestic or international projects or operations.
