In return for your energy and enthusiasm, FHL’s Developing Graduates Program will give you an experience like no other. First, you will be given the opportunity to run one of our Retail locations as if it were your own business, immediately applying your commercial skills and developing your leadership potential.

After gaining this invaluable base of experience, you will begin your rotation through a range of diverse areas within our organisation such as: Marketing • Product Buying • Human Resources • Manufacturing • Finance • Visual Merchandising • Property • Supply Chain & more.

During your rotation, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of the function as well as have the opportunity to participate in various projects. Following your rotation you will be given full responsibility to deliver a key business project that will have a significant impact on our organisation. The length of this program will depend largely on your skills, and your dedication and commitment to your learning.

Seeking
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working and energetic graduates with a PASSION for Retail. To be suitable, you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a variety of roles that may push you out of your comfort zone but that are ultimately aimed at building a solid foundation for your career.

Our brands and locations are spread right across Australia and as such, graduates must be mobile and able to relocate for short-term placements during your rotation. Ideally, you will have had previous work experience in a Retail environment.

Degrees/disciplines
Our business is diverse and so are the disciplines that we select from. Suitable disciplines may include Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain, Property and more.
