Our Progam
During your two-to-three year grad program, you’ll rotate across different projects, roles and/or locations depending on your discipline. Each rotation allows you to grow as a person and develop as an employee, but you’ll need a flexible and adaptable approach to make the most of it.
Whilst your project, role or location might change, what will stay the same is the development and experience you’ll gain on the program. This is ensured through our 70/20/10 approach which has been proven to best hone your skills and ability. 70% of your time will be learning-on-the-job, 20% learning about our different business areas and 10% receiving structured learning to complement your skill set.
If you have to relocate to start your grad program or for a rotation, you’ll be in the safe hands of our relocation team. We’ve plenty of experience helping people move, not just financially, but with the practical knowledge and support to make it a breeze.
At the end of the grad program, the hands on experience you’ve gained will be the platform for your further development and career opportunities.
