What we offer

Our Graduate Program aims to create a graduate community making your transition from University to work a smooth and easy one. This community will continue across your career as you  transition into the GradAlumni in your second year, expanding your network with past graduates including those who are now Group Executives. Our Graduate Program includes a week-long induction, mentoring and networking activities. When you apply for our Graduate program you will need to choose a work stream that is right for you.

You will then take part in a rotation program that provides in-depth exposure across your chosen work stream in one of the following areas: Premium Business Services, Corporate Financial Services, Wealth Management, Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Retail Banking Services, Finance (Accounting), Risk, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing and Communications. Eligibility
To be eligible you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and have completed your degree within the last three years.
Position locations
The majority of positions are in Sydney but we also have roles in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
