The DIDP includes an initial period of comprehensive training focused on imagery and geospatial intelligence analytical skill development. Participants then undertake two workplace rotations and continue training to consolidate skills, knowledge and liaison networks. These rotations are carefully managed to offer participants a range of analytical experience with DIGO.

Applicants must have at least a 10-year checkable background and be willing to undergo a comprehensive security assessment to the highest level.

Salary
A salary package of $66,850 (including superannuation and a Graduate APS4 Salary of $57,929). In addition, employees receive great training and development opportunities, a family friendly and flexible working environment, and relocation benefits (if required).

DIGO is a dynamic organisation which makes a critical contribution to the safeguarding of Australia’s national interests. Through intelligence products based on geospatial and imagery analysis, and our management of Defence’s geospatial information and services, DIGO supports decision-makers in Canberra and soldiers on operations.
