Being an international company with over 8,000 stores in 19 countries, we know what we’re doing.

Our Graduate Training Program

Our graduate program is your gateway to a management career with ALDI. You will learn about store operations, logistics, property management, financial administration, I.T. and purchasing and be assigned your own portfolio of stores to manage. At the end of the program, a combination of your performance and the right skills could see you on the fast track to being promoted to a Director role and a salary of over $127,000p.a. Not bad hey?

Additional eligibility requirements

You must have a valid drivers license and you will need to undertake a national police check and pre-employment medical exam.


Position locations

You’ll be positioned on the Australian Eastern Seaboard and you’ll potentially move around within your chosen state as your responsibilities increase and more opportunities become available.
