Our Graduate Training Program
Our graduate program is your gateway to a management career with ALDI. You will learn about store operations, logistics, property management, finance and administration, I.T. and purchasing and be assigned your own portfolio of stores to manage. Within 5 years, a combination of your performance and the right skills could see you on the fast track to a salary of over $138,000 p.a. Not bad hey?
