Our Graduate Program

The Graduate Development Program is a two-year program, with four 6-month placements offered to
university graduates looking for the opportunity to build
on the knowledge and skills developed from their study.
As a Council graduate you have the opportunity to work
in a number of different areas within your discipline as
well as take on exciting opportunities while learning from
experienced mentors.

Our graduates enjoy:

  • A permanent position with a starting salary around
    $51,000 per annum, plus 14% superannuation
  • Flexible working options that help to balance work with your personal/home life
  • Study assistance, mentoring and ongoing learning and development programs
  • Access to Council’s free gym
