Designed to prepare you for a fulfilling career with BHP Billiton, this unique two-year program will provide you with invaluable training to inspire, engage and challenge your peers, managers and beyond.

Learning from BHP Billiton senior managers and highly regarded presenters from our partner universities, the program will enable you to realise your full potential. You will be analysing and solving real business issues; developing decision-making and critical thinking skills; gaining a solid understanding of team membership; and learning how to negotiate productive outcomes with supervisors and other team members.

In the program’s second year you will work on real-life projects that expand your abilities to resolve core business issues; and learn how to develop strong leadership qualities through key skills such as working with others, managing relationships, negotiating and networking.

Upon completion of the program you will have developed your professional skills and will be fully equipped for an outstanding career in your chosen field.
