Our graduate program

As a graduate in our program of up to two years, you will work with high-performing teams across our business, in your area of interest, on meaningful and interesting work that helps deliver on WorkSafe’s strategy.

You’ll also be supported in your professional and personal development, with a structured learning and development program that includes committee and project work, postgraduate study support, off-job training courses and regular networking forums.
