What we offer Graduates

At Tomago Aluminium we recognise the value a graduate can bring to our organisation and vice-versa. That’s why we have developed a world-class Graduate Development Program which promises to give you the diversity and experience you would expect from a global leader in the Aluminium industry.

Our Graduate Development Program for Engineering graduates consists of a two-year structured program with mentoring and coaching by Tomago Aluminium’s senior engineers who will design a development plan – including rotation through each department – just for you. The Graduate Development Program for Non-Engineering graduates is a 12-month intensive program with mentoring and coaching by Tomago Aluminium’s senior management who will design individual development plans including rotation through the services business units.
