What we offer Graduates

At Tomago Aluminium we recognise the value a graduate can bring to our organisation and vice-versa. That’s why we have developed a Graduate Program which provides you with the learning & development, diversity and experience you would expect from a global leader in the Aluminium industry.

The Graduate Development Program for Non-Engineering graduates is a 12-month intensive program with mentoring and coaching by Tomago Aluminium’s senior management who will design individual development plans including rotation through the services business units.
