The Sedgman Graduate Program is typically two years in duration, within which time graduates can expect to undertake placements in all business areas, on site and within our corporate head office in Brisbane. Year One is about experiencing the core skills of our business. Year Two provides you with placement choices depending on your career goals.
Our graduate development plans are based on the real job requirements of the sites and business areas and the personal and professional development needs of the Graduate. Your work will extend beyond your day-to-day tasks to other development experiences such as a structured professional development program, mentoring by senior professionals, job rotations, career coaching and social activities to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your time with Sedgman.
