SA Water has a high-profile Graduate Program which provides a structured yet flexible two-year project rotation. The SA Water Graduate Program is designed to fast track participants’ knowledge and skills in order to prepare them for an ongoing role in the business.
Graduates have the opportunity to undertake diverse project assignments ranging from six to twelve months across SA Water business units. Features of our program include:
- Continuous training and development – graduates will undertake extensive training in a range of areas including water quality awareness, presentation skills, project management, and negotiating and influencing skills.
