Many of our graduates attend our National Graduate Training program which starts with a week on the Gold Coast. This is an opportunity to meet and build relationships with local and interstate colleagues.
Back in the office, our graduates are given a broad range of interesting clients and work opportunities. They are offered training and development sessions from technical through to business development, leadership and project and time management.
We also offer postgraduate study support, regular technical updates, performance reviews and annual staff conferences.
Co-op Program
This year-long program is designed for students who wish to defer a year of study prior to completing their final year at university.
Vacation Program
This Program is designed for students who wish to gain a short period of practical experience prior to commencing their final year of university study.
