What we offer graduates

Nyrstar offers a head-start to a challenging and rewarding career in a global company focused on operational excellence and industry leadership.  Graduates participate in a structured two-year program that develops both their technical and people skills.  The program involves challenging on–the-job assignments and projects, as well as leadership development. There will be opportunities to work on a range of exciting and technically challenging business problems at two sites, the Port Pirie lead smelter and the Hobart zinc refinery.
