Our Graduate Development Program is a structured pathway to achieving excellence in technical and managerial skills as well as personal development. The program is recognised by Engineers Australia and encompasses completion of a Certificate IV in Frontline Management which – as a Registered Training Organisation – we are able to deliver in-house. You will enjoy the stimulation of being part of a large national network of Graduates and Young Professionals, with biennial conferences and regular meetings and project forums.

Throughout these years KBR will provide you with assistance in achieving your chartered status or other professional accreditation.
