Graduate Induction Program

Graduate Induction in ExxonMobil in Australia is a structured and comprehensive process. Working with other graduates, you will undertake induction activities, site visits, personal effectiveness training programs and work specific activities concurrently. A key component of the program is interaction with a buddy and a mentor to help you with the day-to-day challenges of transitioning into the workforce.

Position locations

Depending on individual career preferences and available job opportunities, successful candidates may be based at head office (Southbank, Melbourne) or at one of our main processing facilities including Altona Refinery in Melbourne’s western suburbs or the Longford Gas

Plant, located near Sale, a regional town located approximately 250km east of Melbourne.
