Graduate Induction Program

A structured graduate induction program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the company and your career with ExxonMobil in Australia. Graduates work on various business projects, as well as undertaking a range of activities such as site visits and skills training in areas such as personal effectiveness.

Programs & deadlines
For Graduate Employment, applications open late Feb and close 28 Mar 2010.

Our Vacation Employment program targets students in their penultimate year for a three-month summer placement. Applications open Jul and close mid-Aug 2010. More specific information will be available on our website.

Citizenship/residency requirements
Applicants for our Graduate and Vacation Employment programs are required to have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Position locations
Depending on individual career preferences and available job opportunities, successful candidates may be based at head office (Southbank, Melbourne) or at one of our main processing facilities including Altona Refinery in Melbourne’s western suburbs or the Longford Gas Plant, located near Sale, 250km east of Melbourne.
