Many areas of ElectraNet’s high voltage transmission network are approaching maximum capacity and we continue to review our need for improvements.

As an ElectraNet graduate you will experience many facets of our company, where responsibility, autonomy and challenge are provided in abundance. Working with international and local industry experts you will be exposed to leading-edge thinking and innovation. ElectraNet’s graduate program is tailored to your individual interests – with the opportunity to receive a solid grounding and guidance in a variety of work across the whole business. Over a two-year period you will receive at least four rotations into different engineering areas, developing your skills and knowledge. ElectraNet also encourages postgraduate study and training – and provides extensive opportunities for networking with industry professionals and lots of exposure to industry forums.
