The FaHCSIA Compass Program supports Generalist, Finance and ICT graduate streams. We are committed to providing a meaningful and rewarding career in a supportive environment.

Generalist Stream participants will have opportunities to work in areas relating to families, communities, individuals and social services.

Finance Stream participants will be offered work in areas involving finance, taxation, accounting, budget estimates, economics, funding, performance management, business improvement and network support. FaHCSIA has a budget of over $50 billion.

ICT Stream participants will have the opportunity to work with the latest information technology; including ASP.Net 2.0, SAP, SharePoint 2007, Seibel CRM, and SQL Server 2005 in a technical environment with infrastructure components like Microsoft , Interwoven iManage FileSite, SAP, Siebel CRM, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, and Tivoli Storage Manager.

Current hardware includes Dell and Lenovo workstations and laptops, Hewlett-Packard servers and Cisco communications infrastructure. Anti-virus and disk encryption protection software is employed at various levels.
