Citizenship/residency requirements
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents ONLY (including New Zealand Citizens)

Applicants should be Australian citizens, although special consideration can be given to permanent residents in the process of being granted Australian citizenship.

Additional eligibility requirements
Applicants must have completed, or be due to complete, an undergraduate degree by the end of the 2010 academic year.
