Our program consists of:
  • A structured one-year initiative which provides you with extensive on-the-job discipline related training and development. This program would be specific to the area/discipline you are recruited within.
  • Department specific rotations that may include a rotation through CBH sites and ports in the WA grainbelt. These structured rotations will enable you to experience a wide range of operational functions, broadening your understanding of the business.
  • An opportunity to have placements that will enhance your skills, build on your experience and further develop your potential. A structured mentoring system and development plan is coordinated for all graduates.

Our head office is in Perth, Western Australia, but the rotation program may involve brief relocations to our country operations areas spanning from Geraldton to Esperance.
