Our graduate program

Our comprehensive graduate development program is an intensive three-year ‘on the job’ learning experience which operates in parallel to the Engineers Australia professional development program.

Program elements include personal mentoring and coaching, department rotations, training and development courses, project review and HAZOP meetings, competency mapping, graduate forums, and invaluable real project site experience. We encourage a hands-on approach that allows you to fully appreciate the engineering industry, and obtain the skills and experience needed to work on some of the worlds most exciting and diverse global scale projects. Starting salaries are from $58,000, plus benefits.

  • Flexibility and adaptability; as an Engineer you will be required to travel for various projects (remote locations, extended periods)
