The Graduate Program is split into three elements:

• A rotation program through different areas of the business, which will not only give you greater exposure to St. George, but also enhance your understanding of how each area contributes to the business.

• A specific learning and development program targeted at challenging you to realise your potential and build your knowledge, skills and understanding of how St.George operates.

• Graduate opportunities. This element has been designed to support you in building networks and business connections throughout St. George. At the beginning of the program, there will be customised orientation activities, which will give you the confidence to integrate quickly into the corporate environment.
