The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia is the professional accounting body representing Chartered Accountants in Australia. As a founding member of the Global Accounting Alliance (GAA), the Institute offers Chartered Accountants automatic membership to the GAA, which represents over 775,000 professional accountants in 119 countries around the globe.
