Rotations: On the job experience is the best way to develop and learn. By moving through a number of diverse roles during the program, graduates are exposed to a range of learning opportunities.

Mentors: Mentors provide you with career advice, guidance and support. They take an interest in your development and are invaluable in the learning process as they share their experience and wisdom.

Accreditation: In partnership with Engineers Australia, we will provide you with the support you need to attain your chartered engineering qualification.

Professional Development: Each year, in addition to the technical training offered which is discipline and role specific, we offer customised business management courses, aimed at developing you to be a well-rounded engineering professional.

Vacation Employment Program

WorleyParsons’ Vacation Employment Program commences in December and caters primarily for final-year students.

The program provides a window into the world of first class engineering consultancy practice and aims to give vacation students exposure to the WorleyParsons business as well as our Graduate Development Program.

You will be assisting Graduate Engineers and Senior Engineers on a variety of projects throughout our sectors.
As part of the program, a ‘buddy’ will be assigned to you and there will be an opportunity to visit one of our customer sites during the program.
