Woodside

Woodside is Australia’s pre-eminent upstream energy company with a 50-year history backed by one of the world’s premier resource developments, the A$20 billion North West Shelf Venture.

We’ve been producing liquefied natural gas for 18 years for customers around the world, including Japan, China, Korea, Spain and the United States.

We produce more than 40% of Australia’s oil and gas, enabled by a proved plus probable reserves base of 1.6 billion barrels of oil equivalent.  We have extensive interests in oil and gas exploration in Australia and around the world. Our position in the global energy market is growing with our exciting portfolio of Australian oil and gas developments, including our Pluto project. With first production scheduled by the end of 2010, Pluto will help triple our current equity liquefied natural gas output.

We are an equal opportunity employer which values and welcomes cultural diversity.
