What we offer graduates

As a Woodside graduate, you will be a permanent employee starting your career on our three-year structured development program. You will have the opportunity to continually develop through:

  • Extensive on-the-job, training and development Technical, business and leadership training

  • Support from technical mentors and graduate buddy
  • Involvement in our dynamic graduate community

The program generally comprises three one year assignments or rotations. Some disciplines may vary assignment allocations. Flexibility is a feature so you can take advantage of special opportunities as they arise.

At the completion of the graduate program you will be able to further develop your career through our young professionals group.
