It’s our vision to be the ‘Miner of Choice’ and that’s reflected in the quality of our two-year Graduate Program. We intentionally keep our graduate numbers small so you’ll get all the attention and mentoring you need to grow professionally and make a smooth transition into the industry.

You’ll develop through formal training, on-the-job experience and tailored support, including graduate workshops, networking events and your very own mentor. It’s a great way to gain exposure to some of the best professionals in our field, make valuable contacts and get live project experience using state-of-the-art equipment.
