We have a prize winer !

The winner of the GO 2007 registration prize is RACHAEL SIMPSON, Australian National University.

Psychology student Rachael Simpson is the winner of a latest-model iPod -- the fantastic prize in the Graduate Opportunities 2007 registration competition. Many thousands of students who registered for GO email updates at careers fairs earlier this year were in the running for this prize and Rachael was the lucky entrant drawn from the hat!

Rachael, an honours-year student at ANU, was naturally very pleased with her prize. “It was really exciting to find out I won the iPod, especially as I have never owned one! My friend is going to come over and give me an iPod training session!”

Rachael, who is in her Honours year, is interested in working with a government organisation when she graduates at the end of the year.

“The GO directory has been a great resource; it tells me what I can apply for and when.”
